Booth Selection

Booths are rented on a first come, first served basis.

For 2025, we can accommodate up to 100 vendors. 15 food trucks and 10 food carts

Important Event Information

Event begins at 1PM on AUGUST 2nd, 2025 and ends at 9PM on AUGUST 2nd, 2025.
Booth setup begins at 8AM on AUGUST 2nd, 2025. Booths must be completed no later than 12PM(Noon). Vendors are responsible for setup and tear down of their booths.
A 50% Deposit is required to confirm your booking. Any vendors who have not paid in full by July 21st, 2025, will lose their space (no refunds/no rain checks will be given). Food vendors must provide all food and heating equipment, but will be given electrical and water access at cost

All food carts will be subject to inspection by the local health department the day prior to or on the day of the event, Vendors must provide permit for approval.
