Event begins at 1PM on AUGUST 31st, 2024 and ends at 9PM on AUGUST 31st, 2024.
Booth setup begins at 8AM on AUGUST 31, 2024. Booths must be completed no later than 12PM
(Noon) on AUGUST 31, 2024. Vendors are responsible for setup and tear down of booths.
A 50% Deposit is required to confirm your booking. Any vendors who have not paid in full by
AUGUST 21st, 2024, will lose their space (no refunds/no rain checks will be given). Food vendors
must provide all food and heating equipment, but will be given electrical and water access at cost
(see addons).
All food carts will be subject to inspection by the local health department the day prior to and day
of the event, and must provide permit for approval.
